What time is check-in/out?
Check in is @ 3pm
Check out is @ 11am
*We do allow early check-in and late check-out at no additional charge for RV and tent sites. Simply check with guest service for more information.

Do you guys allow campfires?
Yes, we allow campfires within the provided fire pits as long as we are not under a burn ban. Be sure to check Van Zandt county for information about wether there is a fireban during your stay with us. We do not yet have firewood for sale on site, but will soon, we recommend picking some up before your arrival!

Are you guys in a dry county? If so, are we allowed to have alcohol?
Yes, we are in a dry county, however we do allow alcohol within your site for our over 21 guests. The restaurants in Ben Wheeler have alcoholic beverages. The nearest liquor store will be in Malakoff about 25 minutes southwest of us and the nearest place to pick up beer/wine would be in Canton.

Are we allowed to have tents at our sites?
Tents are allowed for daily and weekly guests on your site for an additional $10 per night fee. Please do not use stakes longer than 6" and be sure to clean up the gravel when the tent goes down

Do you guys have restrooms & showers?
We will have a restroom/shower located in the guest Laundry room in the very near future (it is next up on the list) and in the future we are set up for 3 more larger bathhouses for our primitive camping areas.

Do you allow pets?
Yes we allow up to 3 pets at no additional cost. See our RULES & POLICIES for more information

Do you offer wifi?
We do not currently offer wifi in our park. With the trees, having guaranteed reliable service for our guests wasn't possible, so instead we offer *reliable* Solis hotspots that can be rented for $9 per day with guaranteed service when you need it. We also sell these hotspots to our guests for 134.00 plus tax if they are looking for monthly reliable wifi they can take with them anywhere. Check out the Solis Website for more info!

Do y'all have on-site Laundry?
Yes, we have on-site Laundry. The cost is 4.50 for a wash & dry. To pay, simply scan the code on the machines with your load count and we can charge the card, we also have a dropbox if you would rather pay cash.

What is there to do in Ben Wheeler and surrounding areas?
There is Live music every Thurs-Sunday in Ben Wheeler. Yummy Resteraunts, a wine bar, antique store, record store, festivals and events several times a year and even a blade bar where you can forge your own knife. Of course in Canton there is trade days once a month and plenty of shopping as well. We are currently working on a local guide and event page that has a listing of all the happenings around town so stay tuned. Do you charge per person at your RV Park?
We do not charge per person for up to 4 adults (over 18) -that is included in your rate.
