We have been there, done that and seen it all. 

When building an RV Park for the first time, there are many questions, concerns and downright fears. We know first hand what that feels like and honestly wish we would've been able to reach out to someone who had experience in what we were trying to accomplish. There were plenty of consultants/contractors ( a dime a dozen) that had overseen the process and had sucess, but none that I found had experience in building an rv park WITHOUT INVESTORS.

Thats why we are offering a one on one consultation directly from us, because we did it ourselves with no guidance, just pure learning curves, lessons and now...experience.

With this consultation we will share our little black book of contacts that have the best deals, MASSIVE ways to save on materials, how to find the best land, what to expect when dealing with the county, etc. 

To give you the most for your hour, please be as detailed as possible on the goals/questions you have in the form you submit. We are here for you through the WHOLE PROCESS so you can schedule with us anytime while building. Think of it like having a passenger seat rider thats got the map and more importantly the aux cord, so that you can get to your destination (or in this case, dreams) a little easier. 

The rate is $300 per hour and to be honest, this conversation will save you that amount on the first call simply by sharing who we used for our pedestals, not only on material cost, but on the time you would be researching.
